Took our new kitten on Saturday and will not be returning again. Rude and incompetent is the only description for this clinic vets. Our 16 week kitten had an obvious scab on his ear and the vet said it was old and dismissed it. I tried to ask her some other questions she had a right face on her and couldn't be bothered, clearly waited for us to leave. It's been 2 days since this visit and his ear problem got worse. The same vet in Tunstall straight away told us what the problem was and prescribed meds. And guess what? He was nice too! My advice is dont bother and take your pets to someone who isn't trying to rip you off and act rule whist doing it.

Well it doesn’t even deserve 1 star I called the endon practice today to explain we have a cat coming our home and it needs help it’s homeless it’s in a pretty bad way and we have been feeding it to help it and it’s got sores on the inside of the legs and needs to see a vet and the reception lady well wouldn’t even call her a reception lady she should not be working in a veterinary hospital she basically told me I should not be feeding the cat and they won’t do anything to help but they will put it asleep. I am disgusted in the manner of this woman and Clearly should not be working in a vets!!!

Our vet's for 35 years. Trusted and appreciated by three generations for exemplary care of the four legged members of our immediate and extended family. Highly skilled and highly ethical, caring and compassionate. Without a blink of hesitation we would all recommend Mr Curry and his team in a heartbeat. Thank you for all that you've done for our former and current pets, their lives and ours undeniably enriched by Willow Veterinary ❤️✨🐾

Staff and vets are very friendly. Always been happy with their service. They have looked after my dogs for 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
