Cheap and effective, especially for cat & dog owners, most treatments provided but can get very busy & car parking at busy times is nightmare

The vets at the PDSA were amazing with us today, when we had to have the cat my friend had off me when I discovered I was allergic put to sleep, poor pussy had fluid around his heart and lungs and was struggling to keep going. Thank you so much for doing your best and getting that second opinion, to help calm our friend.

Gremlin went missing whilst I was on holiday and she was hit by a car. She was taken into the PDSA and she made herself at home there. The staff were so sympathetic, when I turned up looking for her, Mya took me into a room and I was able to see the cat but I was tired and because she didnt respond to me I thought my baby was gone forever. A couple of days later she called me again and I was a lot more composed. I now have my kitten back and she was very well looked after. She is now sitting in my house as a princess demanding her dreamies and ham and I could not be happier. Thank you. The place was very welcoming and clean and all staff were polite and professional.

The staff were amazing with my cat, he had a blocked bladder and alongside the emergency vets taking care of him overnight, the staff at PDSA were amazing! One of the vets, spoke to me, explained everything to me and didn’t get annoyed when I asked so many questions. The nurse when I picked him up to take home, again, was so lovely and kind and informative. They didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing something, they were kind and empathetic. They were genuinely so lovely and made a really scary time for me and my kitty, much easier. I’m genuinely so thankful and appreciative for everyone who works here, they helped save my kitties life and do such an amazing job! A big thank you from myself and Lupin❤️

My cat was slowly passing away and the PDSA were quick to offer me an emergency appointment. Sadly she had taken her last breath by the time we got there. The staff were so incredibly kind and showed so much empathy in dealing with the situation. Thank you so much to receptionists, nurse and vet who I dealt with, you are incredible people and a credit to your organisation.

I will never use this place again miss diagnosed my dogs problem gave me meds that were no use for her problem .4 days after taking my little girl there she passed away 🤬🤬🤬 because of there negligence i had a second opion from a proper vet but too late pdsa could have saved but chose not to if you love your pet don't go pdsa i will go to a proper vet from now on well worth the extra
